The last ‘Managing Stress and Meeting Deadlines’ workshop of this academic year is running on Wednesday 27th April at 4:00 pm. There is no need to book, you can just turn up on the day.
The focus is on managing academic stress and coping with exams and is likely to be of use to students who are feeling overwhelmed by academic work but are generally functioning well in other areas of their life.
