The Medical School allows students to request specific time slots for the summer OSCE examinations during based on special circumstances - i.e. exceptional travel distances, caring needs and other valid reasons. As some OSCE examinations (this year - Third Year and GEP) fall during Ramadan the school also considers students' request for those observing Ramadan.
The School would like to know how it would be best to collect these requests, and any other student opinions on the matter.
Option A - open a period for requests for specific sessions before allocations are made.
Option B - requests for specific session will be allowed for 2 weeks after allocations have been made if you are unable to make your allocated time.
Option C - requests for specific sessions are allowed any time after allocations are released until roughly three weeks before the exams.
Option D - after allocations students with requests are invited to rank all sessions in order of preference, roughly three weeks before the exam these rankings will be used to allocate any spare spaces.
This poll is for Third Years and GEP students only.
