If you're a runner or want to improve, come and join BL Running Club. We are friendly bunch and the go-to club for all levels of general fitness, followed by coffee.
Our regular sessions are:
- Thursday evening, 19:15 at Mile End Stadium (interval training) - Parkrun every Saturday morning across London. - Sunday morning at 9am leaving from outside the Griff Inn (casual run)
We also offer:
- 6 Cross-country races that take part in parks around London for all abilities - Entry into BUCS competitive races of varying distances. - 5K, 10K, Half and Marathon events locally and further afield, including the Virgin Money London Marathon.
We are four time winners of the United Hospitals Bannister Cup and were finalists for Most Improved Club at the BLSA Association Dinner Awards 2017.
How to get involved 1. Come and see us at the Freshers' Fayre in the BLSA! 2. Join the Facebook group and get in touch. 3. Attend the taster session - this first session is free! 4. Purchase your subs (£15) at BLSA reception (Whitechapel), The Hub (Mile End) or online. 5. Enjoy! Attend the training sessions and sign up for the various competitions.
