The Yoga Society offers FREE Yoga Classes aiming to relax, energise and rejuvenate body and mind, as well as improve strength and flexibility. The classes are taught by two medical students, both qualified yoga teachers, and are suitable for anybody at any level. Classes are mainly in Hatha style, and the society hosts regular events and workshops centred around yoga and a balanced body and mind. Furthermore, member yogis have access to a space for unified self-practice once a week, to deepen their yoga practice.
We believe yoga can be immensely beneficial to everybody, seasoned yogi or beginner. Regardless of your experience, flexibility or strength, we would love to guide anybody who would like to try yoga through their first practice.
