Association Fund

Each year, BLSA runs a number of flagship events, including Association Dinner, Graduation Dinner and Rites of Passage. Any surplus generated from these events is distributed by the Association Fund to support projects (whether that is by individual BL students, BLSA clubs, societies and groups, or BLSA representatives) that can improve student lives here at Barts and The London.

In most instances, decisions on funding will be communicated to applicants no later than two weeks after the applications close.


Sports Fund

This fund has been established for this year with the generous support from The Medical College of Saint Bartholomew’s Hospital Trust in order to support the development of sport at Barts and The London. BL Sports Clubs, CSC Members, BLSA Representatives or any BL student are able to bid for support for projects which will protect, grow and promote the sporting community at Barts and The London.

Conference Partnership

This is a new fund, formed over the last year in partnership with the Barts and The London School of Medicine and Dentistry (BLSMD) and the Medical Defence Union (MDU), with the aim of supporting students in the running of academic health conferences, conventions, seminars, symposiums or forums run by a BL Society or BL student.
