What we do for you
It is no secret that medical school can seem daunting, and there are always lectures and topics you may want some extra support with. MESS (Medical Education Support Society) is here to help! We are a peer-teaching society run by senior medical students to aid and assist younger years (1, 2 & 3) in their learning.
As a society, we run informal revision lectures that aim to provide a relaxed explanation of recent lectures, PBLs, and main learning objectives. We also run revision sessions and clinical skills sessions closer to ICAs and end-of-year exams to give you that added support when you need it most. For 3rd Years, we have now introduced mock-ICAs to help familiarise them with the main style of questions used in medical school. Everyone is welcome to join and come along to our sessions.
As the leading educational society at Barts and the London, our aim is to help you however we can.
