Ensure the immediate safety of the victim- for example you may stay with the victim whilst you get somebody else to go and fetch further help

If in Griff/ Drapers report to barstaff and security (whilst ensuring the continued safety of the victim)
Aftercare: make the victim aware of the various support services available to them (at bottom of this email)
Can be reported to Sophie as welfare rep via email
Welfare/ pastoral: referral to the support services (below)
If victim is comfortable report to Ella/ Sophie as they are the most in the know in terms of Zero Tolerance
If incident happened in Griff/ Drapers contact venues
If incident happened in general campus (including Dawson Hall) report to security
Report to Welfare
As part times officers we are not trained to counsel/ mentor these students ourselves as tempting as it is- however I believe it is ok for us to encourage them to seek support from these sources and accompany to any appointments etc if they wish
