Join The Halfway Dinner Committee - Deadline THIS WEDNESDAY

Most of you will have seen or heard of the famous Halfway Dinner from older students – a wonderful evening to celebrate achieving a huge milestone in your undergraduate medical training. This is a student-led event organised by a committee of students that are eligible to attend the Halfway Dinner. Applications for the Halfway Dinner committee are now OPEN! 


If you would like to apply to be on the committee to organise your Halfway Dinner please send an email to vpbarts@bartslondon.com with your full name, year of study, and a short statement of why you want to be on the committee and any previous events planning/management experience. 

Those eligible to attend Halfway Dinner in 2018/19 are:
- students in their 3rd year of study of the 5 year MBBS 
- students in their 2nd year of study of the 4 year GEP MBBS 
- students in their intercalated year after completing 2 years of the 5 year MBBS 
- transfer students currently studying in Year 3 of the 5 year MBBS 


Don’t worry if you haven’t organised an event of this size before! There will be a whole committee to support each other, and the committee will be supported by the BLSA Vice Presidents, so there is plenty of support available.
