What is Social Prescribing?
Social prescribing is enabling healthcare professionals to refer patients to a link worker, to co-design a non-clinical social prescription to improve their health and well-being.
Do you have an interest in medical education, primary care, and teaching?
We are looking for FIVE enthusiastic medical students from each medical school in the UK who would like to become representatives for Social Prescribing in their local region.

The application deadline for this year is 1st November 2018. However, places are limited to ONLY FIVE students per medical school and will be allocated before the deadline if we find the qualities we are looking for.
