I am writing on behalf of CMED-centre of medical development, who run conferences for GPs to update them on changes to medical practice by London’s leading consultants.
I am looking for medical students who would like to earn some extra money and at the same time they will be able to sit in on these update lectures and get paid to revise. This is ideal for your final year students!! The duties they will be asked to complete may involve:
-running microphones for the Q&A sessions after each topic
-basic IT support, uploading PowerPoints
-setting up microphones for the speakers
-basic reception/admin work
-general event support
The vacancies I have are for
21st Nov: evening, for ~3hours@£15/hr for venue set up 2 PEOPLE NEEDED
22nd Nov, 23rd Nov, 24th Nov, 25th Nov: full days cover required, can be broken into half days if more suitable, but ideally full days. 4 PEOPLE NEEDED EACH DAY
Following this 4 day event the course will be ran again, currently twice a year, soon to be three times a year.
I really think this is a great crash course for final year medical students (although not a requirement) and they can earn some money at the same time.
I would be most grateful if you could kindly advertise this amongst the medical school on my behalf. Please feel free to call me on 07507509904 to discuss further if necessary.
